The Muster Program is a nature-based, equine assisted therapy group program designed for adults with psychosocial disabilities and emotional or mental health challenges, designed by Sue Jakes (Psychologist) and Nadine Delaney (Mental Health Social Worker).
The 8-session program utilizes therapeutic methods including nature based and equine assisted learning, mindfulness and creative expression.
The program was evaluated by the University of Newcastle in 2022 indicating efficacy and positive outcomes.
