BOOKING AND PAYMENT
PRIVATE SESSION PAYMENT:
Payment for private sessions is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time upon confirmation, unless a prior arrangement has been made with Pynmanto Equine Encounters.
Failure to submit payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
NDIS PARTICIPANT PAYMENT:
NDIS participants will be invoiced, and payment is required within 7 days following the completion of booked session.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Pynmanto Equine Encounters will provide report writing, telephone calls and meeting attendance as requested by you, which will be charged at the hourly rate, prorated in 15 minute blocks as required.

CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND NO SHOWS
Notice Requirements:
Participants must provide 48 hours notice via text or telephone call to cancel individual sessions. Group sessions require 7 days notice before commencement date.
Cancellations outside these timeframes will result in the full session fee being charged.

SESSION REMINDER TEXT:
Automatic reminder texts will be sent the day before your scheduled session.
CHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATION BY PYNMANTO EQUINE ENCOUNTERS
Pynmanto Equine Encounters will notify participants of changes, reschedules, or cancellations via text.
In case of cancellations by the provider, no charges will be incurred, and every effort will be made to reschedule. Your provider will contact you to arrange an appropriate time/date.
